The Rabbinical Assembly and USCJ jointly created tools that can be used throughout all rabbinic fields. First, we created a collaborative goal setting tool, to help you and your leadership annually create and review your organization’s goals. Second, we created a collaborative leadership assessment. These resources are meant to be used by all leaders, professional, lay people, and clergy, and can also be used to evaluate your organization’s progress toward achieving your goals.
